Social Networking to the extremes??

Yes, everyones on Facebook, Twitter etc or rather everyone has to be on Facebook, Twitter and other such social networking sites. I whatsoever have no problem with these sites. Fact is i work for a digital marketing company and Social Media Optimization is my job. I interact and engage with people I don't even know and market a product/service to them over social networking sites. BUT I DON'T PISS THEM OFF!!!

As certain companies have a social media policy(do's and don'ts for company employees when it comes to social networking) , may be its time for Social Networking sites to have a policy too.

So what really Pisses me off?

The new Facebook group to start with

- Some guy gets a wise idea and creates a group " I hate Public Transport" & has the liberty of adding you and a couple of people you don't know and even met. The worst part is the group chat. It keeps popping with hundreds of people on it saying "hey, who all are here?" "hey" "wadddup""Hey who added me here?"..... Like shut up!! for crying out loud...!! Away with this.. away with this..

The Facebook or rather applications in general

- You log onto Facebook to see what your friends are up to. If the page you like got some fresh content which you can use. But rather.. your scrolling & you keep scrolling through tons and tons of stuff like "How deep is your love today" (do i really care) "When will you get married" "When will you die" "Which Harry Potter character are you?" (get a life you loser)

Whatever happened to the the "Good stuff" that your friends used to update you on, even if its where they are heading to, or someone's gradma's unwell etc...stuff that you would want to know more about and keep in touch.. you know what i mean..

I got so much more to write about, but being my 1st blog, i shall not piss you off using this medium of Social Network..
